Care and Storage

• Clean gently using water only.
• The beads are hand-worked with strong monofilament designed to bear their weight.
• The coated beads retain their finish as long as they do not come into contact with alcohol-based products such as perfume or deodorant.
• Heat and direct sunlight may damage the materials. Do not expose the piece to heat for extended periods.
• Store flat in its protective pouch. Hanging may cause the monofilament to loosen.

Customization

A bespoke version can be created in different colours and beads upon request. Every custom order begins with a consultation and bead approval; production starts once the design is approved.

Responsibility and Warranty

• The piece is inspected for issues that could cause breakage before it is packed for delivery.
• Roses On Ice cannot accept responsibility for breakage, loosening or wear caused by use.
• Care and storage after delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
